• A 50% deposit will be required once quotation is accepted by client. (this does not apply to VIP Customers)

 

  • Once I have completed the Transcription/Typing assignment I will email the final product to the client in PDF Format with a "watermark," together with final invoice. Payment on presentation of Invoice. Once payment is made, details of which will be provided on the invoice, I will then forward the final product to the client in Word Format for editing purposes.

  • Commencement of work will begin once 50% deposit is made.

  • An additional fee will be charged for Weekend deadlines.

  • If a client cancels during an assignment after work has commenced, he/she will be charged for any work completed up to that time.

  • Before sending the completed transcription/s/Typing assignments, or any copy typing assignment back to the client, I will proofread the work, although the client will be responsible for the final proofreading. If there are any errors brought to my attention within 24 hours I will amend accordingly free of charge. If there are any other additions, or amendments made by the client a fee will charged.
